    Information on referring prospective models

Make $100 or more per successful referral

"Referral": THAT'S ALL you need to do. No "convincing" necessary!

    Q&A:

    How do referrals work?

For EACH AND EVERY woman you refer to us -- and who ends up in our videos -- you get $100. So, for example, if you send our way 10 women and they all end up in our videos, you'd get $1,000.

That's for fairly casual referrals. If you're serious about being a recruiter, and are able to repeatedly get us top-notch models, we'll consider a higher per-model compensation. Please contact us.

How do I convince someone (especially a first-timer) to take part in your films?

The beauty of it is that you don't have to! We'll take care of the "convincing." Yout task is to simply make the connection between them and us.

How do I become a recruiter?

Please read these Q&A. Then approach suitable candidates, get their contact info (ideally email address plus phone number) and pass it to us.

What if I refer a prospective model to you, but she doesn't end up in a video?

That would not be a "successful" referral, and it would not be compensated -- regardless of the reason(s) why she doesn't end up in a video.

What if a given woman ends up in multiple videos?

Same $100 whether she ends up in one or more videos. The $100 compensation is PER MODEL, not per video.

    When will I get paid?

If the person you referred is a friend of yours, we can give her the $100 for you on the same day of her video shoot. Otherwise, we'll send you a check within a few days of the video shoot.

How can I rely on you telling me if the person I referred ends up in one of your videos?

If she's your friend, you can ask her. If she's someone you didn't know particularly well, make sure to hold on to her number, and call her up once in a while.

How can I be sure you'll actually pay me?

If we didn't make good on our word, you could inform your friend/acquaintance who modeled for us. She, in turn, can tell our other models -- and "our name would be mud"! Our reputation with our models and prospective models is worth far more than the $100! Likewise, the prospect of more referrals from you is more valuable to us than trying to cheat you out of your fee.

We are a company that has been in business for over 6+ years and made over 100 films -- and we're not so cash-strapped that we need to swindle you of your $100!

    What exactly constitutes a "referral"?

When she first contacts us, or soon afterwards, she must tell us that she "learned about us through you." We may not honor "retroactive referrals" -- that is, people who first said that they simply saw our ad, and later give credit to someone else for referring them.
Alternatively, it would also be a referral if you gave us her contact info (make sure to get her permission first, please!) and we contacted her. Realistically, this method is more likely to work.

Any type of girl you're looking for?

Yes. The company that buys from us is currently looking for 18-late 20's, slender/fit, attractive mainstream looks, primarily White/Latinas/Asians, feminine. Small tattoos OK, but no heavy cover. Desired looks: * Babe * Girl-next-door * Young and innocent

Do I need to be in the San Francisco Bay Area?

No, you can recruit in all geographical areas. We have a certain number of long-distance models who "fly in" to be our videos.

Do I need to contact you before referring someone?

It's not required, but we recommend it -- especially if you plan to be a "serious recruiter." Also, if the person you referred is not a friend of yours, we'll need to know who to send the $100 to.

Any advice on being an effective recruiter?

    Yes:

    • Only refer people who fit what we're looking for.
    • You do not need to give out a lot of detail to prospective models; if pressed for specific info, you can just say "I'm not sure", or "People at the company will call you back with details."
    • Don't simply give out our contact info (that's OK but probably ineffective, unless you will follow up); rather, get their phone # AND email address, and ask for their permission to give those out to us.
    • Tell all your friends and acquaintances -- and ask them if you can give us their contact info.
    • Systematically approach strangers (maybe the "wild-looking ones" at a club, etc.), broach the subject, get into a conversation, and get their contact info.
    • Approach bored retail clerks. Get into a conversation about how they like their job. When they tell you how much they hate it, that's your opening! Mention modeling and get their contact info.

If you have "wild friends" and/or can talk to strangers without difficulty -- and are organized enough to follow up with them -- this could be very easy money for you!
